Your roster size

No traveler limit on any plan. A ninety-piece band is not a bigger bill.

Questions

What counts as an overnight trip?
One that returns on a later day than it departs. Leave at 5am and get home at midnight and it is still a day trip.
When do I actually pay?
When you publish an overnight trip to your chaperones and families, or when you add hotels and rooms. Hotels and room assignments are part of Pro from the first one you add. Everything else — roster, schedule, buses, groups and documents — is free to build, and nothing you set up is ever lost.
Do my chaperones need to pay?
No. Trips you are invited to are always free. Only the person who creates a trip ever pays for it.
Can my school or district pay by purchase order?
Yes. Email hello@thetripbinder.com with the organizer's name and sign-in email and how many organizers need Pro. We send a quote and a W-9, switch Pro on when the purchase order arrives, and invoice the district with 30 days to pay.
Do families need an account?
No. Parents open the family portal from a link — no download, no password, no account.
