Buses
Buses are optional and free on every plan. Open the trip and go to Buses to add them, assign riders (or use Assign all to…), and number each bus for the count-off. If your roster import had a Bus column, the Buses page offers to create those buses in one tap. Trip staff can ride buses too.
Hotels and rooms
Hotels and rooms are part of Pro. Go to Rooms to add a hotel, then rooms with a number or name, a capacity and an optional gender (Girls, Boys or Mixed). Add or move travelers yourself, mark rooms checked during the evening bed check, and open a rooming list. Travelers only ever see their own room and roommates.
Letting families choose
To let students and parents pick their own room and bus, use Room & bus choices. You make a private link for each traveler, email or share it, and the rules you set (room size, gender, approval) are enforced for every choice. Choices lock by default, and families send you a change request instead. Everything about it is in Room and bus signups.
