Every trip has a private calendar link. Add it to the calendar app you already use and the trip's schedule shows up there, updating as the schedule changes.
Get the link
On the website, open the trip's Schedule page and choose Copy subscribe link. The link is copied to your clipboard. The app does not show this link, so use a computer or your phone's browser.
Treat the link like a password: anyone who has it can read the trip's schedule.
Add it to your calendar
- Google Calendar (on a computer): open Settings › Add calendar › From URL, paste the link and choose Add calendar.
- Apple Calendar on a Mac: File › New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, and set auto-refresh to every hour or every day.
- iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app › Calendar › Accounts › Add Account › Other › Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.
- Outlook: Add calendar › Subscribe from web, then paste the link.
What is in it
- Every event on the trip's schedule, at the right time in the trip's time zone.
- On a multi-date trip, each travel day as an all-day entry.
- Any Calendar reminder an organizer set on an event, as an alert in your calendar.
How fresh is it?
Your calendar app decides how often it checks for changes. Most check every few hours, and Google Calendar can take longer. A change made in The Trip Binder appears after the next check. For something urgent, rely on the app and announcements, not the calendar.
Shared it by mistake?
Organizers can choose Reset link next to Copy subscribe link. The old link stops working right away. Anyone who subscribed with it stops getting updates and needs the new link.
